What do you think is your greatest career achievement so far?
Giving back to society through my work which brings me to hospitals and hospices.

Who in the corporate world inspires you? Why?
Khoo Teck Puat. He's a visionary who has made a great impact on the local banking and hotel sector and many areas of philanthropy. In 2010, we will have a hospital named after the great man who also donated S$125mil towards the project.

What is the best career advice you've received?
Great works are performed not by strength but by perseverance.

What are your hobbies/interests?
I enjoy cycling, running, swimming and reading.
