my paper Executive Look - a signature event for my paper and Singapore's first executive-oriented competition in search of a male or female who best epitomises the modern Singapore working executive - has now returned for a second year, following the success of the inaugural event in 2008!

Application is open to executives aged 35 years old and below, are currently employed with at least 2 years of working experience, and embody the perfect blend of beauty, style, self-confidence, eloquence and corporate-savviness.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a closed-door audition on 8 February 2009 where 20 finalists (10 males and 10 females) will be selected and sent for trainings on grooming, business etiquette and stage presentation in preparation for the Grand Finals on 3 April 2009.

You can also vote for your choice of the "Executive Look" starting from 23 March 2009 and stand to win fantastic prizes.

The 20 finalists will be presented LIVE at the Grand Finals at VivoCity Central Court on 3 April 2009 where you will be invited to witness the crowning of the "Executive Look" for 2009. The finalists will be judged based on their style, personality, self-confidence, eloquence, disposition, "EQ" (Emotional Quotient) and "OQ" ("Office Intelligence Quotient").
